After months of waiting (and drooling over Insta pics), we finally snagged an early dinner at this NYC treasure, JeJu Noodle Bar. Let me tell you, a Michelin-starred Korean ramyun slurp session on a chilly day was absolute perfection.
JeJu Noodle Bar is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the taste buds. The modern-meets-retro coffee shop vibes set the mood. Everything we ordered was a symphony of flavors: delicate foams, vibrant sauces, rich emulsions, and broths that danced on your tongue. And the noodles? A perfect al-dente!
So, what would you recommend for a next-time visit? Share your favorite dishes in the comments and help a ramyun-lover out!
🍜What we ate:
Gaja Myun (Lobster Ramyun)
Buhsut Ramyun (Mushrooms!)
Hae Mul Ceviche – fresh with just the perfect touch of citrus bite
Jogae Muchim – clams with minty fresh dressing
Fun fact: JeJu 재주 means “skill” in Korean. Yes, not the Jeju Island (yeah, that’s what we thought too at first😅). Note the way they capitalize the second “J” as well!
